Hiring: Youth Coordinator

Reporting to the MSTH Program Co-ordinator, the Youth Coordinator plays a vital role in engaging and supporting youth across Canada who have been impacted by substance use in their families and communities. This position focuses on recruiting, coordinating, and facilitating Healing Hearts and Holding Hope youth groups nationwide, while also establishing a national youth steering committee. Grounded in compassion and understanding, the role provides ongoing support to youth participants and volunteers, creating safe spaces to explore experiences of substance use, trauma, bereavement, stigma, grief, and loss.
