2016-11-17 Senate Second Reading Speech by Senator Campbell

On November 17th, 2016, Bill C224 - The Good Samaritan Drug Overdose Act went to its 2nd reading in the Canadian Senate in an effort to make it law. Senator Larry Campbell, the sponsor of C-224 in the Senate, spoke very eloquently about the need for this bill at the Senate’s Second Reading.
