Annual General Meeting
We are pleased to invite you to our upcoming Annual General Meeting, which will be held virtually on Zoom. The meeting is scheduled for May 31, beginning at 9:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) / 12:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).
In order to attend, we kindly ask that you pre-register using THIS LINK. Pre-registration ensures you receive the necessary Zoom access details and any relevant materials in advance of the meeting.
We look forward to your participation and appreciate your ongoing support.
This year, the voting membership will be electing directors only, as there are no proposed issues or bylaw changes.
Every member of MSTH is eligible to become a voting member, as long as you are registered in our Better Impact database program.
We understand that not every member will want to become a voting member. It is up to you and nothing changes your other membership benefits. You can still attend our AGM, meet the candidates, hear what is going on and ask questions, but you can’t stand for election and you are not able to vote if you are not a voting member.
How to become a voting member?
The easiest way to pay the $10.00 annual fee is to send an e-transfer to info@momsstoptheharm.com and note “annual fee” in your e-transfer memo line (please reach out if paying the fee prevents you from becoming a voting member).
Questions or trouble signing up?
If you have difficulties logging into Better Impact or with any other step in this process, please email us at info@momsstoptheharm.com.

Keynote Speaker
Our keynote speaker is former British Columbia Coroner, Lisa Lapointe.
Lisa Lapointe was the province’s Chief Coroner from February 2011 to February 2024, when she retired after thirty years with the BC Public Service.
As chief coroner, Lisa was responsible for the direction of the Coroners Service and the independent investigations of more 14,000 deaths reported to the BC Coroners Service annually, including deaths reviewed at inquest and by Coroners Service Death Review Panels. Coroners establish the circumstances of unexpected deaths for the public record and may make recommendations to prevent similar deaths in the future.
